I have a Hayes unit and having trouble with it staying at depth. Do you have any suggestions?

Hey Andrew, I have trouble keeping depth in dry conditions, try and schedule the works after rain. You'll also find that the soil remains in tact rather than collapsing in. Good luck.

Hey there, I picked this one up from a farm clearance auction, but I've seen them at "Farm Implements" they are the kanga distributor for Australia. Most big brand implements would sell them. Make sure you measure the hose joiner diameter and purchase one that fits on the bend. Typically I use 1" poly pipe and the joiners fit nicely through a 50mm pipe layer. I just becomes too hard to join the poly pipe once its laid. Good luck and have fun. Oh, use only after rain or in winter. The soils will remain together, during summer the dry soils collapse really easy not achieving good depth. Cheers
