I would say that this constable lady has done crime by slapping (physical assault), but it was very much due and it was not an action but reaction, so she doesn't deserve punishment or deserve small punishment. Does someone know why Runout got slapped? It is democratic country, so Runout didn't get any punishment for her pathetic+ comment (non-physical but direct assault which is equivalent to lakhs of slaps) on supporters of farmer protest and got elected by unfortunate HP people.
