Cabin filter ke upar spray nhi krna chahiye tha cabin filter ko jadka kr clean kiya tha baaki vents me aur coil pr spray krna sahi rhta h

I’m not. sure it has be put on the paper element of the filter. It will spoil its properties of filtration.

You can clean and there is no harm as I have another video as well for home ac cleaning it is just melting dust particles into mud or in liquid foam to get them out from the outlet pipe of the air-condition.
