Kangbhusundi Tal : A pilrimage Trek in Uttarakhand

Kagbhusundi Tal is a sacred lake located at an altitude of 4600 mts. in Chamoli Garhwal, Uttarakhand, Inda. One has to cross the 2 high altitude passes (Kunkul khal & Barmai Pass) and need to scale approx. 65 km. trek to complete this journey. This video was created in Sep. 2017 during our Yatra and may help pilgrims who wanted to go in this Yatra.

Thanks dear route totally changed in 1979. V crossed over Baank glacier. Snout was totally compect with big ice blocks.

Yes bhaiji, our known persons have done this in 1997. we saw all photogrphs of that time and observed differnce in route when we did it 20 years later in 2017.

Arvind ji..Thanks for a Great experience .I broke my both knee ligaments after Chitkul Sangla Kalpa trip so for many like me it is great gift.I had done Gaumukh Tapovan with my son in law 2014.I suggest u add printed map of trek with each named spot and last point jeep shown All Print on video.But imagine if all trekkers never add any music at all but let us hear sound of nature and ur voice only ?

No helipad is there.. but heli pilot found a hard place to land near lake.
