Hey, question if I may ask. I just received my K8 this week and set it up today but really disappointed that my machine isn’t emulsifying the oil like yours does? I have it set to 2.5 and take the water from the main feed pipe but all it does is float on the top a little more broken down than when you do the same with tap water. I wonder if it is to do with PH setting which is currently at 3. I am based in the UK. It also seems many peoples machines give a really high bubbly looking water but mine is quite still and clear. Seems something isn’t quite right or there is a critical setting I’m missing. Thanks soo much.

Hi Adam, simple answer, your source water is too 'hard' (high mineral content), therefore you need a pre-filter. The kit I'd recommend is a 'speciality kit' which will reduce the mineral content, as well as further clean your source water to be healthier and taste far better. I ordered the mineral alkalising filter that you recommended in the comments. I have a Waterdrop RO system and it seemed like a better option than the MNR-35 remineralization filter that they sell separately. It is a bit expensive though, so I hope it lasts

1. Perform the ‘is my ionizer working test’, the video is on my KZbin channel. 2. If they test their 9.5 water from the top hose and it’s colour is light blue, they can up the pH setting on the K8 (only ionizer allowing us to do this) and then retest after water has flowers through ionizer for approx. 1 minute to see if it worked.

Hello. Great video, per usual 😊 I moved to an area with very, very hard water and I have a triple pre-filter system from Ion faucet. However, the taste of the water was sour so I lowered the pH and I'm drinking off of the 8.5pH option. The taste is just ok and I don't see those little bubbles in my water anymore. What does that mean?

Thanks for the video! I really appreciate it! For someone who has a complete 7 stage water filtration system (sediment, carbon block, granular carbon, RO, alkilizer/minerlizer, UV then post activated carbon) before the K8 what would you suggest the PH setting be on? Or to figure it out do i need to test the water after my filtration system or after the K8 or both? Any info is appreciated!

You’re welcome Jay. I’d say it’s best to test it yourself. Drop the pH setting to ‘1’ and then test the pH with drops. If you have an ORP meter, then test it. Increase the pH setting and test each level… 2, 3, 4, etc. up to 7. It’s likely you need it lower with having a mineraliser.

Meaning if I'm on the "Kangen water" setting it should be coming out around 9.5PH? If it's so low to too high then I need to adjust accordingly?

I just bought a K8 and am confused with all the information. Re the pH setting, should it match the town water? For me that is pH7. Also, the 9.5 water is only measuring at a ph 8. Any suggestions?

when i first used Leveluk k8, the water was very bubbly, within a day, i cannot replicate that first water of bubble level, should the water be SUPER Bubbly?

There is no need to get too attached to this, I find that sometimes it is and other times it isn't. The source water can fluctuate which will have an effect. Just enjoy drinking the water and all will be good. 🤠💦

I just purchased my LeveLuk k8. Idont use tap water for machine (its really bad in here) . I use spring water, what we bring nearby spring. I have a pump ,what pumps water to the machine (sometimes the pump is too weak - it says increase flow). but the proble is.. that i cant get the ph right.. Kangen water suposed to be like 9 or more.. but i manage to get like 7 (greenish with ph drops). My level is on the highest - 7. But still nothing.. And i dont see the bubbles.. in my water.. What i do wrong?

My water source is not calcified, it lacks minerals for normal electrolysis of water, total dissolved solids (TDS) content is 30ppm, so how do I get a lot of hydrogen bubbles in the beaker? water??? Thanks

Just got my k8 and the ph level is coming out at 10.2 with the 9.5 setting I do. I did buy a RO system with a reminerilizer. The PH level from the RO system is at 10.0. Any advice on what I can do to fix this... I already adjusted the PH setting on the k8 to 0 but I'm still having this problem

It's likely because your source water entering your ionizer is high in pH through the remineralizer. I am assuming you are using a pH meter and not pH drops to get such an 'accurate' (10.2) reading. You can't do anything from the Ionizer's end... it's to do with the pH level of the source water.

@@MR.BAT33 yes I believe the remineraliser is increasing it too high. However, the charge from the ionizer won’t negatively impact you… Possibly the high minerals may from the mineraliser.
