Sounds like it could be a motherboard issue. Is your machine under warranty? You might want to give Enagic a call.

Pyramid scheme

Sadly this is untrue. Enagic is in the business of direct selling. Comparison to this would be that of a real estate agent. This company has been around for 4 decades and continues to grow in the water ionization system. The machine itself has multiple certifications that can be proven on their website (and also can be researched by those organizations given the certificates and seals) and is also known to be used in their hospitals in Japan as an approved medical grade equipment, due to the level of pH it provides for disinfecting and other purposes of the produced water. Granted, there may be cheaper options for water ionization system, but Enagic is the only one that is OEM from Japan and uses premium-grade material. Unlike, other manufacturers/competitors, they source various parts from Asia (i.e. South Korea and China). I highly recommend to sit through a presentation. You might learn a thing or 2. FYI, the company does no try to hard sell you on their product, they just provide the information. Up to you to purchase a premium-grade quality machine. Now, my family and I have one. My wife actively partakes in the business and does well; same goes with other referees who enjoy it and has partook on their journey of Enagic. Especially, her end-users who just have the machine thoroughly enjoy it and do not actively participate. If you're curious about the business model they're plenty of good information out there, but there are bad ones too. But it is no pyramid scheme; I imagine you had some experiences whether personal, family, or friend who had joined a businesses that require to recruit, but only to see the worst. But that's due to their mentorship. I will admit, there are bad mentors out there who focus solely on recruiting to get themselves up and never help the individual they invited in a business or they copy and paste from the mentor and have bad practices, hence a terrible experience. I can see why someone will say this is a pyramid scheme from this business, only because poorly trained distributors say this and that about the business model to earn x money if you have x people join and that you should focus only on that. While that may hold true in some cases, other distributors are humble and rather share the information of ionized alkalized water than focus on having people to join. Anyway @thegoodwaterstore, I'd like to point out that the setting used in your video is for fine tuning as described in the K8's manual. Example, if the source of the water that goes in to machine values a pH of 6, but your machine produces a value more or less of 9.5, when using the setting, you adjust the strength of the pH accordingly to acquire a pH of 9.5. I recommend to do a sample testing of your source water before adjusting to fine tune the machine properly. Otherwise, you may have 9.5 produce a stronger or weaker alkalinity of pH depending on your sources samples. Best wishes and keep up the journey!
