Indian govt. Provides reservations for IIM, IIT, AIIMS etc. Like Higher education. But didn't provide Primary health and education, so lower castes can't go to DPS or any other International schools, so their basics are poor even if they get into higher institutions they are dropping out

What do u mean to say? still I hav 1 question...suppose I want to fill up a application form of govt job. If I hav a reservation then I get many facilities such as no money to form fill up, age relaxation, travel allowance, and also reserved seat. but a middle class general student cant even get one of the following facilities. why man why? we r general student means we have lots of money? a sc/st student hav minimum 6/7 govt job exams per month because they hav no need of fees to fill up..but for middle class general student, we think many many times to fill up the form after all its about Rs. 500/1000 /1500 to fill up the form. No I hav no any anger with anyone because I m general & I hav capability to compete with anyone...magar mujhe exam me bathne to do...exam me bathne ke liye hi lagega 500/1000/1500...I m not rich in born...Kanhaiya kumar ji justify me...
