When you do diamond City blues and kills nelson(the guy who has 500 caps) his father hires triggerman from time to time to kill you until you either kill him too or convince him that you wans't the one who killed his son,this is the only way to get triggerman to spawn in diamond city so is probably because of this,that you were being shot there

You can just put the junk in the work bench so you don’t have to scrap every single piece

It might be a little bit late to say this but to fix the spotlights light not showing up glitch you gotta pick up the spotlight in workshop mode and let go of it. Hope this helps!
