Considering there's FOUR out of the nine holds in the wintery north AND the fact you can't fast travel makes it a soup of bullshit. I feel like they should've let us have fast travel HOWEVER every time we use fast travel we lose just as much sleep, hunger, and heat just like if we took a carriage OR A single time use per week. OR It will cost us 25% of our total gold cost per fast travel. Sure that's great for early game but if you have tons of gold then it'll take a hit.

@@rockowlgamer631 I just add a mod that makes it so you can fast travel near sign posts and carts. Still have the brow-furrowing moments of realizing you're about to die to the elements, but there's a lot less tedium to the gameplay now.

It was a little disappointing making this realization, I’m still having tons of fun with it but buying creation club stuff like camping definitely makes it better but doesn’t fully makeup for the shortcomings. Skyrim would be a super fun game for a “hardcore” experience like this but its structure is just not very good for it. They could honestly alleviate a lot of this just with more carriages at every hold, maybe some environmental reworks I’m not sure how that would work though

Have you tried working with Skyrim mods yet? Sacrosanct and Growl for vampires and werewolves is AMAZING. Of course the perk overhaul mod as well- you've got so many more ways to kick ass. I usually play as a spellsword. One handed and Destruction magic. I've recently started a playthrough relying on Illusion magick as well and it's hilarious. You don't need an army if you can make your own- use subjugate on a couple of the bandits aggrod to you and in turn they fight their own clan for you. For the constant hunt of arrows- consider working with conjuration magick and the Bound Bow. The moment you summon it you get an automatic 100 arrows. Hope to see more Skyrim!

The funniest part, is I added this to my Watch Later before work, then went to work. My coworker told me he was an Elf, but also a Stormcloak and despite having helped them through everything, they were still just as racist to him. @@stareater1870in my recent playthrough I’m playing a dark elf assassin/ daedra worshiper who sided with the stormcloacks. The thing is I killed every imperial, thalmor, and stormcloack possible and became high king of Skyrim bc of a mod! I hate all sides lol.

Regarding the low enchantment level for your bow damage at 2:31:57 you should use a filled black gem or greater gem at the very least. That will give you the greater enchantments on your items

If you use higher level soul gems with grand or black souls in them, you’ll get better enchanting stats! (i.e. you should use a grand or black soul gem that contains a grand or black soul to enchant something). In the video, you used a petty soul gem filled with a petty soul to enchant the necklace, so you were only able to get the max enchanting stats that the petty soul could offer (which is next to nothing, as you found out). Using the highest level souls will get you the highest level enchantments 😊 Aside: there is also a quest that awards a reusable soul gem that you can capture grand and black souls with, which makes enchanting so much easier and cheaper than having to continually find and fill grand soul gems (since the gems are normally consumed when you use them to enchant stuff).

1:29:57 you’ll have to do the radiant quests that vex and delvin hand out, you need to do 5 jobs in a couple of the holds to get the special jobs and once you do all the special jobs you’ll be given the greyish black thief’s armor that the higher ranking members wear

So I tried primal Chaos finally. Funny how no one mentioned the damn bosses that spawn 😂 I’m sitting at my humble abode just crafting away. When the most gigantic boss who looks like Blastoise with antlers and a damn jungle growing out of his back rolls up and I see the brightest blue light I’ve ever seen, and completely nukes my humble abode, and takes out half the jungle around me also, then I ran onto a Demonic Diloposauras. who was level 120 who spits meteor showers from his face deleing me and everything around including the rest of my tames. 😂😂😂 Thanks for the warning ⚠️😂😭🤣 Btw loved that 100 days in ASA primal Chaos video. Can’t wait for The center on primal Chaos. 👍😂

for enchanting: the level you have in enchanting directly correlates to how good your enchantments are, the higher level you have in enchanting the better your enchantments will be. also, petty soul gems are good if you're farming xp but they will always give the lowest level of enchantment if you actually intend to use the item you're making you should use greater/grand/black soul gems (greater being most accessible in early game & black usually being considered the best for late game)

For thieves guild, I think you can upgrade your thieves armor once you become the master. So there is something you do get. I think there is something about needing to do enough radiant thief quests to return the guild back to glory.
