Regarding your question, in standing stithi inhale and raise your both hands up to shoulder level. Exhale and bend your knees. Inhale and sit on your heels. Now slowly with normal breathing stretch your right leg out and then your left leg. And sit in sitting stithi. Hope I have answered your question. Hello Monthi Crasta, Thank you for your message. Neck exercises taught in Chair yoga video and bhramari pranayama taught in pranayama video are very beneficial for vertigo. Please practice them twice a day. You will not find results immediately but will surely see improvement in two to three weeks. Please keep me posted about how you go. Thank u much for the video, mam I am getting pimples on my face due to harmonic imbalance I took a treetment for this, it was completed cured. After few months it's coming again, I would like to know any yoga or pranayama to cure completely without medicine. Please make videos on this with complete information it would be more helpful ❤️

In regards to your pimples, as you already know it is because of the the hormonal imbalance. So even if I tell you the remedies to treat your pimples now, unless we correct the hormonal imbalance there are high chance that it might appear again. I would suggest you to learn yoga for the hormonal imbalance and that in turn will help you treat all this issues. Hope I have answered your question. Hello Praveen H B, Thank you for your question. Breathing exercises are the best practice for your problem. Please also concentrate on practicing heating and balancing pranayamas. These pranayamas help in improving lung capacity and reducing the number of asthma attacks. Recently I have posted a video on yoga for Covid. There are few asanas and practices which are helpful for chest expansion and improving lung capacity. Please do have a look at this video. Hope I have answered your question. Hello Nethra Gowda, Thank you very much for watching my videos. Regarding yoga mat, according to the traditional yoga philosophy mentioned in the textbooks we should use the cloth mat ( before these rubber mats were invented those were the mats we actually used may be in 90's). But I find it very difficult to practice on these cloth mats as I feel they are thin and slips on the floor and hard to find a grip when you are maintaining the pose. So I use a rubber mat that is 6*3 feet. While choosing a mat do not look for a very soft or fluffy one as it might be difficult to maintain on these mat. Look for a mat with medium thickness and a little hard in consistency. Hope I have answerd your question. Please feel free to comment if it is not clear or if you need further clarification. mahima bhandary Hello Mahima, I would not recommend lemon. I think its too strong for the delicate skin but yes of course papaya and sandalwood powder. I would even recommend mud/ multani mitti. Do not mix. Try each one separately and check which suits your skin better.

Hello Ma'am, I am regularly practising your videos morning and evening. I am suffering from Adenomyosis and have heavy menstrual flow along with unbearable pain. I am on doctors medication but nothing is helping me to get to normal periods without pain. Kindly please help me how I can overcome this Adenomyosis pain and heavy periods problem.

Hello Ravi Suri, Sorry for the late response. If your are not comfortable sitting in Dandasana or if it is difficult to adopt then please avoid it. You can instead sit in sukasana or any pose that ypu are comfortable with. Also please sit against the wall and take wall support, this might help you too. And if you are partoicular of adopting Dandasana in future then do it slowly. Sit against the wall and stretch your leg only to the extent you are comfortable with.
