Please don't trust developers in mysore... All site prices are 3 times more than actual price.. All developers want to be rich in only one single assignment. Mysore real estate is bogus.. Please be conscious all promoters are asking one to double rate.. Be wise.. Thanks for all wise buyers

Its muda approved not muda sites... There is a difference between these two sites.. Muda sites sold by govt.. not by developer.. Developer cant buy purchase all sites he can biy 2 to 3 muda sites from muda and sell it to ppl
