Sir it's our sincere request to you don't do the real estate videos it's a very vast subject. In Bengaluru and out skirts of city it's very difficult to tell about documents. They will create the documents that even if you show to your advocate, they will tell you it's genuine. Their target is only middle class and lower middle-class people they will collect some advance to block the site like 50k to 1.5 lakh and they will give you unregistered agreement in your name, later they don't register the property and if you ask for the advance amount also, they won't give you back. Don't fall in this kind of trap.
