This is not at all possible. I will give split as he told 450 sft nd chejja 50 sft total 500 sft.. as per labour 30000 per sft masonry work. Ie 150000, cement 4 bag per sft ie 200 bag appx 450 rs per bag ie 90000. Steel as per his specification 16mm nd 20 mm 5kg per sft 2.5mt ie 65000 per MT ie 160000... 4lac it went like this M sand , solid block , will be appx 1.5 lac. As per his video he has to provide concrete band at 3 ft level to 4 inc block masonry but he dint . He has to provide size stone masonry all round it will cost 75k, sump tank of 8000 lts will cost 70k, earth work excavation with PCC , jelly for all concrete work with footing and minimum 1 feet plinth beam will cost 1.5 lac , one bath room with kitchen plumbing and sanitary with fitting labour will cost 1.5lac.. 4 inc pvc pipe cost 1950rs per length, still carpentry , electrical , flooring , painting front elevation , window grill work , etc and he will add non tender item like compound wall , parapet wall , WPC , and more. Finally it will take 15 to 18 lac.. almost double his budget.. be careful..
