So, Kano is basically based on ROI where "return" is customer satisfaction. Also, Customer Satisfaction comes from Basic features, Excitement features, and Performance improvements.

Hi. From my perspective, Kano model is more like approach or philosophy approaching customer. To understand musts and customer requirements, I use voice of customer tool. Is this also your approach?
