Thanks for clearly articulating Kano model. Another value add I can think of is that you can develop Level 2 video that describes how to practically implement a Kano model i.e. how to design questions, how to interpret answers, and how to build backlogs based on this aggregation.

As a North American, I am having a hard time with the accent. However, this is a great video, and great teacher. Awesome stuff. For example, wi-fi access would be delightful at first but later in time the customer would EXPECT wi-fi to work.

@sixsigmamania3 жыл бұрын
Hi I never heard indiferent and reverse kano model. Could you please explain? Kano model is more like approach or philosophy to customer. To understand what customer need I use VOC. What is your approach?

Nice...could u explain it in the form of quality ...n pls could u explain y wow excitement curve i mean attractive quality starts from 1st quadrant pls ....
@izenbridge6 жыл бұрын
The Kano Model is used to understand features priority based on the presence and absence of a feature and how a customer feels about it when it is either present or absent. The emphasis is not the quality, the focus is to understand what matters to the customer. It is an analysis of features to understand their priority. Please watch the video again and let us know if something is not clear.
