@@digitaldev2065 depends what you want. Combat is this game is rock/paper/scissors based, so you will always have a weak point. DPS builds usually goes with evasion, tanks with endurance late game, but its not black or white.

There is another combo you can do combo deathblow and guillotine. You can stun the target with stunning blow then use deathblow after deathblow the target is still stunned for a sec so you can use ascending slash during that time to prone him(but you have to be fast to not miss the stun window) and then use guillotine. So it goes like this: stunningblow>deathblow>ascending slash>guillotine and you can pop both your nukes on a target without him even moving an inch. or you can bind the target with the chain then ascending slash guillotine then stun then deathblow pretty much the same as the previous one. this way you can use all your nukes in a row and then run or defend until your cooldowns are up again.

in early game most people hit chance are low so i think they're taking advantage of it. unlike in end game specially when runes come out evasion will be useless. thats why they are building endu. you can go straight endurance but its like you're not taking advantage of the current meta. i think thats it.

Yes, this was valid before cc immune came along, now there is cc immune. It's like Stun Resistance in the game. As if there is no Collison Resistance, there is also cc immunity, and it comes into play after the 2nd skill.

Kanon, I know you're basically done with this SNS/GS build, but would you be willing to do some shorter "add-on" videos about what you might recommend for PVE builds? People say that a PVP build can be used for PVE, but that's not entirely true in all cases, such as specific weapons and their abilities (Duke provoking vs fury, or Adentus's for example) and specific skill specializations/rotations. I would also like to see what you'd come up with for a killer PVE AOE build suggestion for skill specs/rotations. Thanks!

so the ultimate nuke combo is: Stunning Blow -> Deathblow -> Ascending slash -> Guillotine. Stunning blow is able to stun targets for long enough to get the deathblow out and use acending slash after it. This combo saves on other ccs so u dont waste 2 ccs to get both nukes off

I went with a hp/evasion build on my Ranger (GS/Longbow) and I love it! Most attacks miss me, and the ones that land just don't make that much of a dent in my health... meanwhile, I'm casually smacking everything into the ground with the GS ^_^

I have only one VERY important question. Why don't stack endurance on every class compared to evasion? If my evasion is 1k and enemy hit is 1k I have 0% evasion and none of my points work. But EVERY point of endurance work no matter how much crit enemy has. So I would take value from every point of it and would always take less damage. I'm gs/dagger.

Got the wrong boots from quest so i have been farming grayclaw butchers for the sabatons boots of resistance but they wont drop at all its actually a joke... spent a full day about to go on my 2nd day. I just want the boots. Whys it so hard to get blue drops?😂

Because it has more aoe dmg and overall its focused for the future of the game. Evasion will fall off eventually and endurance will be good

@Kanon, I am a little confused, in this guide here, you do not take the passive "Morale Boost", which is in both of your PVP builds on the site, but not here in this video, which one should we be following. I feel like since you made a video on it, this build is the most "official" build and the site with your builds is less updated? He's also using melee evasion in a meta dominated with bows, crossbows and staffs. Even if u end up seeing a ravager in arena he's not gonna target you lol he will aim for heal or the ranged friend.

Cuz why would the melee player push up into a group of 50-100 people? They wouldnt and they dont. If they do they are melted so fast

My friend plays SnS/GS but he complains that he struggles really hard to catch up to people in pvp since his skills are melee range and the enemy players can just run away or teleport around while kiting him. He told me he is using CC abilities like the chain to hook the enemy players or stuns and rushes but once they are on cooldown (which he says is long), he says it's impossible to fight ranged players. Any tips on this? EDIT: Forgot to mention he has only done conflict zones/open world pvp, not arena

I don't see the value of Endurance when you can easily stack 2000 evasion and people don't have enough hit until t2 gear. You can also get General Helmet and Gloves so you don't have to trade your Evasion for Heavy Attack, also plenty Collision Resistance.

I have 1520 hit with my GS out, 2 piece harvester, 2 piece field general endurance and attacks peed stacking. You're stacking just eva for me to win the 75% coinflip. And if I miss? Well stealth. And do it again lol especially since there are multiple ways to skin the cat in this game.

Also, endurance vs crit scales better than evasion vs hit. So yeah you'll get hit, but they will tickle. With how crit works, they'll hit their lowest base damage most of the time.

you have a mistake in your early early evasion build, u cant have 2110 with that build, is a bug on the website, cause u didnt select the traits and the website thinks u have epic traits (4 tiers) of melee evasion on blue items, but u have 3 - u need to manually re-select the traits and save it
