He might be back before the Super Bowl. We have 24 days til the playoffs and he's sprinting. Imagine how far he's going to be in 24 days.

Nice to see Gray pride is on the rise this year. 'Bout time he was given a bigger chunk of snaps. Guy is solid and reliable.

If the doctor’s clear him to go out there and compete. That’s the only thing that matters. Most competitors say that they are going to get back out there but it’s a doctor’s decision. So I trust the team to do what’s right.

Full on sprints, into hard stops and pivots is what’s important. I wish him continued success and recovery… but this isn’t the indicator of when a player is ready, or close to ready. Again, still great progress!

Was wondering about Jaylen but has anybody been wondering if Steven Nelson is going to play any type of role on this team?
@TheRealcdawg224 сағат бұрын
He's on the practice squad. That's the extent of my knowledge.

Unlikely, unless they encounter more injuries. He's a smart vet, who can fit in if needed, but they probably hope he's not needed.

Great! 😊 I would like to see 👀 Jaylen Watson back for the Superbowl. I think 🤔 that he can do it!

It would be nice, but running in a straight line is not performing cutting, change of direction moves. I think KC has the best medical staff, so I don't doubt the possibility of his return this year.
@kriswashington414613 сағат бұрын
they definitely will not allow him to return until he can do those things

we definitely don’t have the best.

man Watson looked good sprinting out there I cannot wait for him to come back and line up with McDuffie, Hicks is also awesome I hope they keep using him somewhere on the defense maybe a qb spy in the middle or something.

Williams had a big play against the Steelers using his height/length. Hopefully he is getting his confidence back. Watson was tremendous. This is good news.
@harrymills277046 секунд бұрын
@@TheRealcdawg22 Yes. Williams struggles to get onto the field, but he needs to get onto the field to fully realize his up-side. It's been kind of a Catch-22 for him.

Yeah I always thought around the AFC Championship was the time he would come back. I never ruled him out for the playoffs. A little bit nervous about the rust though.

Joshua Williams has been slowly coming around the last few weeks. I’d love to get Watson back, but I don’t know how much of an improvement it would be to have him back, if the Chiefs advance to the Super Bowl.
@angrydrunkengerman281911 сағат бұрын
Williams was the better and more productive corner until this year. People act like Williams is bad - he's not. He's been our highest graded CB twice this year. He is a different CB than Watson and doesn't get the INT's Watson typically does. Both together with McDuffie are a damned good group.

The more the better. These guys tend to rotate in and out, especially if the guy in the #2 slot is almost as good. Team depth is very important, which is why I am so stoked for KC. Their DEPTH is really good, especially is Watson comes back. No DJ and no Jones and they still crushed the Steelers.
