So the claim is that he pointed a gun at the officer, yet the officer didn't see the gun. This guy should be locked up. It of course has to be a much tougher sentence since he was working for the government as law enforcement. They shouldn't get the same benefit of the doubt or leeway that a citizen acting on their own accord would.

@@systemsproceed248 Well, if he pointed a gun at someone then why was the officer convicted? I saw another officer testifying that he wasn't armed. Was the other officer lying under oath?
