Not a fan of Hayden. I think Welch was out with an injury, but I would start Augustave over Hayden. Augustave has amazing vision and is a slasher. Reminds me of LeSean McCoy. Hayden will have open holes to his side but just run into the back of his lineman instead. It's like he gets tunnel vision.

Hayden is better blocker than Isaiah, so it’s mainly for more protection for Sheduer. But I agree, Isaiah runs the ball better.

I agree! Either a lack of technique was exposed OR he was playing very cautious with his arms post surgery. KS is a very good team re: the run game so it wasn’t an easy task he was given. I just wish when they saw him not wrapping, he was replaced. Ankles “broken” and bouncing off players due to ineffective tackling is not gonna cut it. He’s a great guy but mentally (and possibly physically), I don’t think he was ready for this game.

Yeah but K state doesn’t have a great secondary lol so i wouldn’t say that made much of a difference versus let’s say a Travis Hunter being out which changed everything especially when it comes to opposing coaches scheming against him . Him being out opens up an entire side of the field on defense

I was just going to say that KSU was vanilla and did what they do to win. We should have had this schemed and been able to stop them but we couldn't. Maybe the bye week was a momentum buster and we wound up with injuries.

Love how these shows are all “Colorado almost won it”. You got your Deon shades on bros. Kstate came to play, ran it down CUs throat, and nothing CU could do about it. Lots of talk about the star injuries, but this game was won by the KState Beef up front and physicality. Shedeur is good, but how many times will he take a 15+ yard sack before he learns? killed multiple drives. Also, Kstate wins 9/10 games if played in Manhattan.

First, that was clearly pass interference on the last play, and I hate when games end like that-it was obvious. Second, I’m not a fan of either team, but in watching the game, it was clear that Kansas State couldn’t stop the Buffs. In my opinion, the Buffs are the stronger team and should have won easily. Kansas State barely secured the win, and that was only because three of the Buffs' best players went down with injuries. This wasn’t a case of Kansas State being the better team-it was simply capitalizing on a weakened opponent.

If Colorado had the “lead at the very end of the game” wouldn’t they have won? K-state beat CU. They covered the field 84 yards in three plays and took the home the win, on the road and RAN THE BALL, on what you all were saying was not going to be possible. Common Man!

Shiloh played himself out of being drafted, Why does Shaduer struggles so much with holding the ball knowing he has a weak O-Line. No run plays, none.. insane.. O-Line/D-Line intelligence, needs heavy doses of film room and weights.. Teach tackling basics of focusing on the waist don't lunge..

Both Defensive lines were great - but KSU just made the breaks they needed to make. Remember it was 3rd or 4th and long in the first series back after half, if Avery doesn't make that play on his legs we could be talking about a completely different game. KSU did what they needed to to get the job done - that's all it is for this game!
