What great ideas to spread out the flavors and sodium levels out to be more manageable as well as lowering food waste. Also, it’s so nice to show when things do not necessarily go as planned allowing us to learn along with you. Thank you!

I never thought of using the extra broth for rice or anything else that asks for broth. Satoshi is really smart at using left over broth for other things I would just poor it down the sink. You could also split it with your dogs I always put warm water but now I can use broth with water they will be very happy. 🤓

I always enjoy the challenge of using leftovers to create a second completely different dish. I always enjoy your cooking videos and watching you today, Satoshi has inspired me once again. Satoshi, you are brilliant!

Hi Satoshi. What a great idea! Also, I am very impressed by your use of the english language. You take the time to use the proper word such as "slurry". I don't think my japanese is as good as your english. 😅

I tend to drink all the soup usually but that's because I usually eat delicious restaurant-ordered ramen... This does seem to be a very nice idea for cup noodles indeed

Wow! That's amazing! Never thought to use leftover Ramen soup. The pork vegetables looked really good, the curry mac n cheese, too. Great video!

I guess that I won't be able to cook it because I usually don't have leftovers.... Hahaha! But I do like your great idea of no food waste. Thank you very much, Satoshi, for sharing your great cooking video with us.

ALways fun to remake things with leftover soup. O think the ankake will go well on okonomiyaki as well instead of the traditional sauce and mayo topping. You can even put the noodles in the okonomiyaki

Satoshi, you are so clever using using the leftover ramen soup in other dishes. I never would have thought of making mac and cheese or Chawan mushi with the leftover soup. Keep the cooking tips coming.

You can serve this to a guest without telling them it’s made from ramen soup, and if they like it you can surprise them with it. I can see this as a mystery meal and a light-hearted prank.

Love these ideas. I don't like to drink all the soup from noodle either, for the same reasons. I will have to try your ideas and see about coming out with other ideas. Have you ever done a video on komatsuna? We purchased some the local farm market and I'd like other ideas for using it.
