Kannada would be called Kannad in Hindi simply because Kannada add the aa matra for most words across the language. An example is shri ram in Hindi becomes Rama in Kannada. Then the reverse is also true. Kannada will become Kannad in Hindi.

I have listened to Navarasam and I feel that Varaha Roopam is inspired by Navarasam and not copied, there are deep differences in classical part and rhythm, Rock music is only similarity I find, I come from other region and I can clearly say it is a bias when someone says it copied! In the folklore of Tulunadu, bhuta (also known as daiva) are divinities who are worshipped through the ritual known as Bhuta Kola. In Kantara, the daiva is Panjurli, the young male boar feared for his disruptive strength by both animals and humans. He is accompanied by Guliga, a kshetrapal (they make up a group of deities who were originally worshipped as lords of farmland). The song is about varaha which is the third incarnation of vishnu.The ritual is called bhoota kola .It is believed that demigods who are created by the holy trinity protect the land of each place in coastal Karnataka and by doing this ritual the demigod will enter the body of a human for some time and will help then and answer their questions.So in this they are showing parts of different videos together.In the movies they mainly show two daivas (demigods)Panjurali(the one with the yellow face) and guliga(dark complexion).
