There usually isn't a race to fix a bug. Even if it's a critical production one it's more of a collaborative effort than a competitive one. Also no one is scared of the project manager. Otherwise it's pretty accurate. Also I just saw how long ago was your comment but fuck it I started typing and now I'm committed.

@@mitjed Did Seriously did you watch the video, the boss in the video is female, and even at that have you ever run a company, you want the most competent person leading and not a male because his male, and to be honest women are often easier to deal with in company settings but males often are the most competent but that has mostly to do with historical reasons (some which are sexist yes). This whole new idea that our social structure is predicated on prejudice really is disheartening, it takes away from real conversations we could be having. The most poor are men, most people in prisons are men , most people who live on the streets are men and are all these as a result of a bad system no (not wholly anyway) but men are more violent and a host of other factors that lead to that. It's the American Dream for Pete's sake, you are competent and skilled enough and someday you rule the world or some part it, irregardless of race, sex or religion are some systems biased, yes but they are not all out to get to you. You have to take responsibility for our life and our positions. Really look into this and ask yourself these things, if you come out with the same answer okay.
