I actually found a glitch for people who need more hp in the elite 4 battles. If you use destiny bond and your opponent is on their last pokemon and you are on ur last pokemon and they "kill" you, you will actually go to the next elite 4 member with full hp of all pokemon

Magikarp levels up faster than gyardos. Just ev train your magikarp and it can actually get kills if you’re fighting Pokémon lower level then it

I made a new account a few days ago for the hell of it, and, using only Gyarados(and a graveler for SR, but I only used that from JE4 and onwards), I've gotten almost through Hoenn. Just get an adamant, moxie Gyara with decent ivs as soon as you get to Vermillion, then ev train it until max speed and atk. Then you roll with Gyara for the rest of the first two regions, maybe pick up an Alakazam or Garde, and then you're basically done with the game.

Just so you know the moveset for Gyara: Ice fang(replace with EQ when/if you can) Ddance Waterfall(you can get this while still in Vermillion. Just ask someone in English chat to put waterfall on it for a bit of cash) Crunch
