When I say Kanyakumari, everyone's thought goes to Sunrise 🌄, Thiruvalluvar Statue, and Mahatma Gandhi Mandapam.
But Ever wondered what's special in Nagercoil? Here are a few of the important places to visit in Nagercoil.
Thirparappu Falls 🏞️:
April - September is a good time to visit this waterfall.
The entry time is between 7 AM to 5PM.
50 KM from Kanyakumari and 30 KM from Nagercoil.
When it floods, they'll stop people to enter the waterfall. So please plan that before visiting.
Chitharal Jain Temple 💫:
50 KM from Kanyakumari it's the must-visit place.
You've to trek 1 KM and that's a very easy trek.
Very less crowded even on Sat and Sun.
Parking facilities are available and a very calm place.
Must bring your kids, and family.
Mathur Thottipalam 🌴:
This one is ultimate when you're interested in exploring a hidden gem.
Mathur Thottipalam is Asia's largest and tallest Thottipalam.
Thabasiya Resort 🏊:
This is where I stayed and it's the central place for Mathur Thottipalam, Thirparappu Falls, and Padmanathapuram Palace.
This resort's tree house lies on the Thamirabarani River. Don't miss the spectacular view.
My favorite is also a Swimming Pool, it's up to 10PM. Must try this as well.
