Most of rapper write their own verses and even make their own beat. In that case, the song is made to fit their own voices, flow, rythm, etc. that makes it hard to replicate. The one of many cover of Kanye song that I think work is Black Skinheads cover by Catfish and The Bottleman. The energy was in and keep the song powerful compared to cover on this video and made me appreciate Kanye even more because how hard it actually is.
