@@mcride1242 producer Digital Nas previewed Donda 3 at the grammys, so I don't know, he could still be working on D2. unknown if he's reworking it or not. Knowing Kanye, Donda 3 could never see the light of day and he could be in fact reworking Donda 2, or at least change the tracklist he previously intended and add more songs, have more features, swap some songs (like release some other songs instead of the ones from the tracklist we got right now). We know Beach House is recording with Kanye, dondasplace which is a fanpage and has insider info teased Yung Lean being in Soho at the Donda 2 studio sessions. Earlier he even got Token, French Montana there but unknown if they worked with Kanye

Donda 2 makes me both excited and disappointed. Obviously it's unfinished, but from what we have, there's a few stand out songs that will be great when finished. Unique production makes some of the songs like Security, Pablo, Louie Bags (yes louie bags will be good once its finished mark my words), We Did it Kid, and a few others. Putting the stand outs aside however, there's also just some terrible songs with sleepy ass production. Hoping it comes out good, but who knows what's gonna happen. This album was made in Kanye's worst public episode yet, so it obviously wasn't going to be the best. Hopefully he recovers soon and becomes more focused on this project. There's potential and i dont want it to be wasted.

The CLA vocals thing with mike dean is a bit of a running joke between him and other top producers. They were basically saying that the enjoyed using it and memed it up to be something that was revolutionary and mike dean caught wind of it. Basically he’s from the older generation where they don’t use automated plugins because he doesn’t like the idea of the producer not doing it themselves. There have been tons of Grammy winning songs that have used CLA, so to say that it sucks is a bit of a stretch. It’s a generational divide more than anything.
