I still can't believe he's gone--just so shocking. It really speaks to the power of fame and all he accomplished that a non-basketball person like me can grieve his loss. It was doubly devastating to find out his little girl was with him and that there were more victims. I'm praying for everyone involved and hope that somehow they can find peace and strength during this horrifying time...

Same here Swoosh. Planned it for my son’s 10th birthday song (next year) when he was only 5 years old for reasons that I can’t go into. Now I find myself torn with all what he’s getting into now with Floyd’s family, etc. My continuous empathy for him and separating his talent from his struggles have never been this shaken. However, whatever I do, there’s no denying that Kanye is a certified genius. This song in particular has electricity coursing through me always⚡️ ⚡️ ⚡️ 😢

When i was 11 years old, my dad bought me my first CD. It was Kanye's 808s and Heartbreak. My favorite and first song I listened to, was Amazing. Little did I know how much Kanye's music would impact me, during my struggles later in life. The craziest part of Kanye's music, is when you come back 2 or 3 years later to the same song, the understanding and pain in his words is recognized. Truly the most influential artist of the last 20 years.
