I feel like the inonic coment gives a little brighter tone, like picks up a litttle bit more (sensitive)but still serves the purpose. The Kaotic eyeball sounds more of a direct dryer vocal without the mud so you won’t need as much processing when doing your chain....that’s just me tho...overall both serve the same purpose (portable vocal booth)

I appreciate the video. Really nice. Are you able to let us hear the comparison without the autotune, just dry vocals? It’s distracting and hard to hear the difference with wet vocals. Also, is the hissing noise from your mic or computer?

The Auto-Tune doesn’t make a difference. it’s how majority of ppl will use it anyways. I’m literally sitting right by my MacBook n you hear the fan. The only difference is the comet is a little bit brighter and that’s gonna be the case with the Autotune on or off & it also depends on your microphone. Btw I’m not just a person without any experience making KZbin videos I have a degree in audio production and I’ve worked with industry artists so my videos are usually based on how ppl will actually use things

I bought both as well as a cheap one for $25 on Amazon. I literally returned the Kaotica and Iconic and kept the $25 one. There were very little difference between either. Not only to me but to a friend who’s been an audio engineer for 18yrs.

I can’t say that it’s better than the halo, but using an eyeball, comet or alcrton with your halo could help reduce that noise. And do you have any noise reduction plugins ?
