Would highly advise against bringing proselyte to wildy with its negative mage defense, bring mixed hide for its mage defense to splash those all important teleblocks and splashes to help survive those PKers, same logic for using a Dragonfire shield instead of a defender and bringing mage with the accursed sceptre instead of a webweaver to land your freezes, dont be a victim, and bring gear to protect yourself; those wildy weapons will carry your DPS.

I don't know why people even bring proselyte. If your after a little prayer bonus, use monk robes and use your other slots for some defence bonuses. Mage defense should always be a prio 1 or 2. You can't kill the boss your hunting if your dead, and it's pretty damn hard to survive without some form of mage protection. Most people aren't great at swapping prayers to survive, so the bare minimum anyone should do is not negatively effect your mage defence if you can help it

I highly recomend using the accursed scepter for artio. Super fast kills. Different strokes for different folks. Great guide fam

Rsn-Dyehue Couple tips you could give For Veti/Cal you can log out at any time if you haven't been hit or attacked by the dogs as you're not actually in combat. After 5 kc post death or first time the fee to enter is free- you only lose coin if you die before getting 5 kc but this applies to all three (six if multi included) Salve and slayer helm don't stack but salve is always better regardless For the web attack, if she's in the middle or bad placement you can pray mage & go to a corner to make sure the web doesn't interfere later Good video teach

I luckily got spooned at Spindel for the gem on my iron at 95kc that gave me the inspiration to take on the others, Calvarion is an easy fav because its the easiest, but I wish the spoon was as strong there currently 2200+ kc and no blade yet, but we can hope! maybe pet before blade, who knows RSN: GMO-tomato

Tbf, they do have negative crush bonuses, so they're not exactly crazy good for vet and cal (though I'm sure it's more of an oversight than a conscious choice to ignore them)

@Melficzeero no it literally makes such a minute difference that you are just better off going for str bonus than the neg acc bonus.

@@zekushgod2474 only the top is really any good though, legs have no str bonus so black dhide chaps probably better, boots are probably marginally better than climbing boots but a bit more expensive if that matters, and cape is just strictly worse than myth cape
