Actually, filipinos are one of the best fighting warrior in the world. I'd been studied the countries i went to. Filipinos are good when it comes to tactics, especially in jungle warfare..The really dillema here is lack of modern technology..

Still, rizal class ships doesn't have CIWS to protect them from incoming threat/missiles, and it doesn't also have VLS or vertical launch system despite we are in the age of missiles, I hope that ships (FF-150 and FF-151) is completely arm.
