This group came to pohnpei sometimes in the mid 90's. I was still in elementary. They performed at this place called Across the street or ATS. A locally owned business owned by the Christian family. My son Gilbert is like Kapela, kids take his lunch money. He made 1:17 friends with a Samoan, Hawaiian:Japanese (his wife Filipino) HAPA HAOLE. Hope I’m correct on ethnic background. Now my son your nephew was blond! They all were lifelong friends until Gilbert died of Cancer.
