Amazing, 500c's of 2 stroke power combined with electric start, fuel injection, and a counterbalancer all in a modern chassis that's street legal. This is the recipe for a proper modern 2 stroke that we all wish were built from the factory today. Good to hear you're getting orders left and right. Maybe the manufactures will start to take notice. Will we see some street supermoto versions since they're street legal? I would imagine the SM community would be all over this too.

@@TraviNomotion Yea, and they helped kill off 500cc/250cc/125cc 2 stroke GP bikes. The purest form of roadracing ever. Now we have huge ass 765's instead of 250's. Just think if all the 4 stroke technology in the last 20 years had been put into 2 strokes...... Boom !!

Reminds me of when I was 19 and had a brand new 1987 CR500. Man, I miss that bike. Wish it had electric start tho. It took everything I had just to kick start it. It was a BEAST! Nothing compares to a 2 stroke 500cc!

I'm only 42, but when I grow up, I want to run a motorcycle shop that builds awesome bikes! For real man, she's BEAUTIFUL! If I had an extra 20k, I'd love to order one of these before I die. Maybe when my kids finish college, you'll get a call. Also, seeing all those older bikes in an earlier video, from the late 70's early 80's really brought back memories, you have a cool collection!

I had a Can-Am MX 500 factory race bike. It had a lighter weight flywheel and that bike was insane. The Rotax Type 486 didn't have much vibration either. I'm glad the 2-stroke big bores are coming back. Anyway if that had a lighter flywheel you would definately struggle to keep the front end down on pavement. It had so much torque that shifting seemed optional. ATK once tried to sell 600cc and 700cc 2-strokes but I never had my hands on one. The thing is you probably can get a much bigger hit off of that with a lighter flywheel.

You have found a gold mine ...These bikes are going to put the big boys to shame . Back in the early eighties when the big bore 2 strokes got hot you were going to lose 10 places if you stalled in a tight corner . Those big bores were hard to start . In loose sand and mud you'd better keep it revving ...with no traction you could stall easy ...nice bike for sure . 👌 PK

Glad it has an electric start. I can start my cr500 in shoes only because I know the trick on how to do it but the stock kickstart on the gasgas is super small to try to start it with that.

damn fellas what a freakin beast a raging monster ready to cut loose at any situation its tasked to conqueror and show no mercythank God somebody had the vision to keep the two stroke animal alive and well!!!! ive noticed it before but never really payed much attention i guess im not from your area im from wva and have never been thru there for any reason but that massive complex just stood out extra to me today and payed attention to how large of a structurethat appears to be at that location.... is that entire property your facility and part of the bike enteprise you have created in your location?? ive seen seperate videos of you all riding variety of machines around in behind of what you can see from this vantage point and looked like sum strange built structures on the property... and across the street noticed you play around there on occasion also on the hill and around another large lookingbuilding there to add... how long have you been at that location? and by the looks what a massive property or properties to take advantage of what did that place used to be back before your shop??? it looks extremely nice and exceptionally built quality and extremely maintained and care taked over time looks like could have been sum sort of factoryand headquarters or possible institution depending on the interior lay out and set up
