These are one of the reasons that proved Heart is such an amazing and inspiring person, I look up to. There are those bashers and people who doesn't know better in their lives who put others like her into so much distress, constantly criticizing everything. I don't quite get what could they gain from this that they keep on doing and doing it again, superiority complex maybe? And yet, all of these things she face, she stood strong, and she proved the world better. Also, I hope that the people who have been aided by Heart or who is asking for her help during this pandemic, please don't demand so much and be very thankful, because from what I can see, some are getting to the point of abusing her help, SHE IS NOT A BANK GUYS! Know this. I got soooo teared up by this because behind all these great things we see from her, that beautiful facade, she was experiencing all of these and that is just so sad from someone who look up to her. You're not alone...I'm a Registered Nurse and suffered depression and anxiety for a decade...was on antidepressants but I was able to overcome and have stopped taking antidepressants with the help of the Almighty God...I did fervent prayers....I still have episodes but I can handle now...only God helps. I went through that and I understand and feel her pain. I went to a couple of doctors but with medication, I got worse. I am like Heart... highly creative, very energetic, always good at what we do....Kaya nga I succeeded in my business and have created 8 very good health and beauty products... including a hairgrower that's 100% Plant - based but very effective. Art and crafts are our outlet. I can paint also, design furniture, create arts and decos from junk, create wonderful skin care products, soaps, candles, lotions, etc.. all these things keep us busy, but our minds run at 100 mph...very busy! We seem to be organized from the outside, but inside there's a turmoil. The biggest enemy is the depression coupled with anxiety which is what I had. The feeling of loneliness/sadness is pretty overwhelming!! I battled that problem for 3 straight years until I realized that it was all in my head... that I can change the way I think and that there is a better escape... it's not medications!! Mind-altering mdications, in my experience have made my anxiety and depression worse!! I took a step back to think because despite having my husband and two happy children, I still felt sad and alone... something was definitely wrong!! It was not them and nothing was missing in my life but being depressed can come from several things... it can be caused by chemical embalance, hormone embalance, your past creeping in... but whatever it is, it can be cured and the doctors can only help you temporarily. The effort to get well must come from you. It was a struggle at first, but everytime I felt the anxiety or depression coming in, I walked. I started walking early in the morning and before I went to sleep. I started juicing, eating greens, healthy, wholesome food, watched funny videos, talked to people and laughed alot!! Little by little I felt the symptoms going away. I haven't had any more attacks since 2012 and I live life to the fullest. I wish Heart the best of health and hope she can come out of it like I did because it surely is not a good... nevermind healthy place to be in... it can be so dark in there and I did spend many tears in my dark corner and there were times, I slept in my walk-in closet in the US just to be in the dark, quiet and alone. Being alone is not the answer!! May God bless you, Heart Evangelista.

TBH, matitindi ang pinagdaanan ni Ms. Heart. She was homeschooled during high school due to bullying in her school CSA (Colegio de San Agustin), she eventually stopped studying. She next pursued showbiz, which we all know is a very tough world. Enter her parents who've always meddled and hardened their daughter's love life. Hindi naging madali ang pagsasama nila ni Chiz bago sila ikasal. Heart married a politician, which nothing is really wrong naman; however, marrying a politician is far from a fairytale--it's very difficult. Afterwards, Heart suffered miscarriages with her unborn twins. And then, her parents' separation came. Miss Heart is a very kind and positive person, that's why we love her so much.

I hope a lot of people will be educated with mental health because it is as important to physical illnesses. Depression and anxiety are real and everyone should be compassionate with people that are dealing with them.

Emmanuelle Go naka try pud ko ana. Na mura ba ug walay nag pag-asa sa mundo. Mura ba ug wala nay nagmahal nimo. Tungod kay layo ko sa pamilya nako ug lisod pajud akong kahimtang. Mag cge nalang ko ug hilak nga wala ko kasabot. Dli malikayan nga mokalit nalang ug tulo ang imong mga luha unya huot kaayo sa dughan. Ang ginahimo nako kay magkanta nalang ko permi ug mga gospel ang korean song para dli na nako maramdaman ang sakit. Pero pagka ugma mao lang gihapon. Napakaganda ng mga sinabi nya. So meaningful dpat talaga ang tao marunong makuntento. Lesson learned, naka relate ako kasi mas pinili q umalis abraod para sa mga panagrap ko na hindi q man lang inisip kong ano posibilidad na mangyayari kinabukasan kung makakasama mo pa ba sila, kung ganun paren ba kakakalmado ang mundo..
