I'm trying to translate my videos from English to Spanish. Before exporting, the translations are accurate, but after exporting, the original English audio returns, and the Spanish translation is gone. What am I doing wrong? Please help!

The software could not detect a language from a video I uploaded I want sure if the video was in Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese.

Hello, I would like to buy the PRO plan but I have some questions. My intention is to translate the videos on my KZbin channel from Spanish to English, being videos whose duration ranges between 5 and 35 minutes. Can I translate the audio from Spanish to English of any video regardless of the duration? Thank you

Kapwing supports videos up to 2 hrs long, so it should work for all of your videos! However, if you want to dub this much video, you will likely need to upgrade to the Business plan so that you have enough Text to Speech minutes for your project. Hope this helps.

creating my first video I found it’s a terrible app so I asked for a refund and deleted my account to make sure they don’t get the idea I am using it . Not only they refused a refund, but they also didn’t even accept to give me my one month of pro that I paid for. I hope you don’t make my mistake.
