When Mon-El and Kara saw each other I felt something was off. Not just the fact that he was supposed to be 'different', he actually was different. He seemed sad and not as energetic as he used to be. I actually saw a completely different character (props to the actor btw). And it broke me because that's not how I imagined their reunion. And as much as I loved Mon-El, I wanted to punch him in the face when he kissed his 'wife'. I feel like the old Mon-El wound never do that. He literally just didn't give a crap about Cara's feelings at that moment. He could have hugged her... OMG I'M SUCH A TALKER. SORRY The edit gave me so many feels! Beautiful, outstanding, emotional and painful! The song

Yes. It appears that Mon-El has had seven years of hard living. Hyper-sleep has taken a toll, too. Very well-acted. As for his reaction to Imra's awakening, here's the thing - he loves his wife, who he'd been afraid might not recover from hyper-sleep. Of course, he'd run to her and embrace her! He'd been about to tell Kara about her, anyway. And, Kara is the strongest person he knows. He's only just begun to realize the depths of her capacity to be hurt. So give the guy a break. He's between a rock and a hard place.

Pretty sure James has been permanently consigned to the friend zone as far as Kara is concerned, although it is clear that he still cares for her. But Brainiac 5...maybe. I guess the writers have this misconception that happy power couples are boring. See, you're not the one who doesn't understand. The WRITERS don't understand that what they created with Karamel will NEVER be boring - except to those who prefer action over dialogue. One of the biggest criticisms of S2 was too much shipping and not enough Supergirl. I can see that. But if you ask me, I LOVED the ships - all of 'em, including Winn's with the always unpredictable Lyra. Wondering when/if they'll pick up that thread again, and/or Guardian?

If i remember correctly i read somewhere that in episode 10 of this season they will bring Braniac 5 whom is the real romance to Kara (Supergirl) To be honest i don'[t want this, i love the connection Mon-El an Kara have and i want to see them together.

Vasiliki Papadopoulou Yes, there are a couple of DC storylines linking him and SG, one where she moves to the future to be with him, and one where he is obsessed with her, so he invents an android in her image. The CW writers have a long history of taking characters in new directions, so, you know, who knows what'll happen with this version of B5? Just sit back and watch the story unfold.

This is a beautiful video. Great job. :) BTW, a reminder that we just have ONE episode of Mon El and they just introduce Saturn Girl. We are only at the 1/3 point of the season. We still have 2/3 to go. And, the showrunners did mention that Mon El story will be one of the central mystery of the season. It means there will be a lot more details coming. There is still a lot we don't know about at this point. So we probably should keep watching as it evolves. :)

Can I please share my theory with you, #karamel fans? I should start with the fact, that I'm one of you. I think that their chemistry is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. When I saw Mon El kissing his new wife, my heart got broken. So I started to think and made a conclusion. It literally can't be real that karamel is dead. I think, that his "wife" is not the one she says she is. She is probably the hidden villain. And one day she'll show who she really is. It's gonna break Mon El's heart, but he'll be able to realize that he'll NEVER find someone AS GOOD AND WORTHY AS Kara. Anyway, I refuse to believe that Karamel is gone. Cause they were literally the reason for waiting each Supergirl episode. SUPERGIL IS NOT SUPERGIRL WITHOUT KARAMEL.

I'm really hoping the writers have a reason for having them not together right now. Mon El said it had been 7 years for him who knows what had happen in those seven years maybe something happened to Kara and that's why Mon El came back to stop whatever might happen to her to protect her. You can tell there's is still something between them. I hope they can get a redemption from the Supergirl writers though since the Arrow writers wouldn't give that to Oliver and Laurel! Why r they doing this? It breaks my heart to see her like that.... I can’t see Mon-El coming back together with Kara that easily. There’s a huge gap between them now, emotionally. He’s been through 7 years of thinking he would never see Kara again. Kara has only been through 7 months and still had hope, deep down. Mon-El might have had that hope before, but not now. He has been through things Kara hasn’t yet. And he can’t possibly leave his wife without some other heartbreaking thing happening can he? Kara with Mon-El is the happiest Kara I believe we’ve seen. They were so cute, so in sync, such chemistry. I don’t think anyone else can replace that spot beside Kara. I just wish the writers would make her happy again without screwing up the story. I love Supergirl, I do not wish to see this series end up with bad story telling. It would be very hard for me to continue loving it if it ever happens.... Right now, I don’t know how I’m gonna be able to bare watching the episodes following the crossovers. Messy feelings all over the place. Let’s just hope the crossovers would soothe my aching heart for the days to come...... Thank you for the lovely video Made me cry
