You are am master in shortbow-making. Been looking for a very short recurve for years now, but cant find sth. under 100 cm... (about 3 feet). Yours is very small, beautiful and strong. I would instantly buy yours... Good shooting skills, too! All the best from Germany!

Do rattan bows break down easily. Are they more durable than a laminated horse bow

Rattan fibers are hard to break or crack. You can also restore the poundage when it loses it by stringing it up the other way around. Real miracle material. I can only get 2.5ish ft lengths at 1" here in the Netherlands so i can order from Germany. Whatch online because there are huge price differences between sellers. Can be as much as 500% for what i have seen.

One of my hobbies is messing around with a blow gun. I have a .62 cal large bore blow gun. The darts travel roughly 115-125mph. Those darts can take down large game. There's a guy on KZbin who does it all the time. It's an absolute myth that low weight bows can't take down larger animals, especially if the arrow heads are sharp.
