Cooking instructions for the pork
1. Heat up the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the normal chopped onion and fry, when it starts to brown add the garlic and ginger and stir for a minute until they are a also browned
2. Stir in the pork and fry for about 2 to 3 minutes or until it’s cooked
3. Add the cabbage, carrot, green chili pepper (if you want chilli), and the spring onion.let them fry for a bit. Add 2 tablespoons of water, cover pot and reduce the heat a bit . Cook for 3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly cooked.
4. Uncover and add the seasoning sauce. Increase the heat to medium high and cook another 3 minutes, stirring with the wooden spoon, until everything is nicely cooked and incorporated. If you didn’t use the first sauce option (Asian sesame sauce) Stir in the sesame oil and remove from heat.
5. Sprinkle sesame seeds onto it (optional)
6. Serve with jasmine rice.

Firstly I love how grounded you are. When you were at KFC , you kept on repeating “please and thank you” which was so beautiful to hear how you respect other people. I love how patient you are with your stylist and still continued to say “sorry, please and thank you” when talking to her. I also loved how you affirmed AJ of how smart he is and how confident you are in his abilities. I also enjoy the time you spent with AJ while you were feeding him. It sets the tone for the child before he continues with his day. I loved the detail you provided on the hair. I now know that I need to relax my hair before visiting Rosta. Hey Didi So I’ve seen you and Zam on campus as individuals and as a couple but obviously didn’t know you guys personally. So my favourite part was at the end when you made the golf conversation between you guys part of the vlog.
