Can I ask I know 195.95$ is the minimum but can you ask to be paid more? (During matching & interview phases) let’s say request to be paid 215$ or 250$?

Well you’re technically not allowed to be paid more than the minimum. However on the side without the agency knowing if your family wanted to give you more they would. You can maybe ask for more but most families would probably say no. They want an au pair in the first place because it is cheap 😅

And I’ll definitely suggest you not to ask for anything more during interviews. You will most likely not get chosen

Hey! There shouldn’t be any consequences. I think if you wanted to become an Au pair again in future they wouldn’t let you

Oooo, that one depends on every persons journey. You can change twice then the agency decides you’re the problem and you can’t rematch anymore. Some people have done it 4 times. The more you do it the more red flags there are though. There’s not a number of how many times you can, just depends on your situation and reasons for rematching
