I'm so sorry: I meant to add some information about my skin to just to add context to this video. I have normal, leaning towards dry, skin. It's fairly non-reactive and I'm not prone to acne or breakouts. I am 43 so my skin is maturing, but I do get Botox every 5-6 months so the fine lines across my forehead have been beaten into submission for now.

I love your declutters because they just make so much sense! You don't get weirdly nostalgic or retentive about how much you get rid of or keep. ((and of course when you run into something from your annoyingly loving husband you're SO allowed to keep it! hehe))

I have always had a hard time finding the right foundation shade for my pale, almost translucent skin. But after watching your video, I am interested to see if the Mario foundation could work.

Hi Kara! Well done! I have quite a few foundations. I kept the newer ones and decluttered the ones that were more than 2 years old. I have a couple that require mixing two shades to achieve the perfect one. I rarely use concealer. I don't have very dark circles. Foundation covers just fine. I do have the Foundation X. It's a little light. I stay out of the sun, so I stay the same shade year round. I'll probably declutter that one because I look like a mime!😂 I hope you had a wonderful family Christmas! 🎄🎄🎄

I have a lot of foundations and about 6 concealers my favorite foundation seems to be L’Oréal infallible or catrice tru-skin but I do like Estée Lauder double wear makeup by Mario and lys illuminating one

Powder foundations look so dry on me. The last one I bought was ELF and I looked like I dipped my face in waffle mix. Color wasn’t bad but it just sat on top of my skin screaming “I have powder on my face!” No thanks

I have technically four foundations, I use them for ‘undead’ reasons. XD What I mean is that they are all meant to make me look as pale as possible. I have Neve scometics pressed powder in Light Neutral which is almost my shade just a teeny bit paler, their Fair Neutral for setting my blocked eyebrows in special looks and ‘baking’ and then I go in straight up Halloween Town with the Goth white cream from Manic Panic. They don’t even sell makeup anymore, how shameful. Not a single word about how expired this product is, I don’t care. Until it doesn’t start smelling, giving me breakouts or tries to run out my makeup bag it is staying 0.o From them I also the liquid white foundation, I use it the few times I need to look of a very funny skin color (like light blue or light purple) and I use ita s a base while adding scraped eyeshadows or loose eyeshadows XD
