The conversation around Hijab just shows their true intentions. The tone of such people/parties changes entirely when they're the ones in power. There's nothing to gain by copying Iran when it comes to Hijab issues. Secondly, policies like these just make it far easier for a more extremist/"puritan" religious party to hijack the movement and take over. Thankfully, for all the flaws of our people, they've still largely kept power out of the hands of such parties.
