Did you have to show any other documents alongside your ETA at karachi immigration? How long did the whole process take? What was overall experience at Jinnah airport?

They only require the ETA document and your passport. The whole process could take about 10 minutes. Mine took longer because they had to make a new application. After that you go through passport control. So overall it was seamless.
