When I saw that you were in Owensboro I had to click on and visit with you. I lived in Tennyson with my dad and every now and again we would visit my step sister in Kentucky and I always loved it over there. And the blue bridge was probably my favorite to drive. Thank you for taking Jeff's wife on an adventure with you. 😀

Be sure to venture about three blocks south where you can enjoy fine dining AND fend off panhandlers. Cheers!
The price factor between downtown Owensboro and downtown Boise Idaho are like night and day. I'm an Idaho girl. Boise and most of western Idaho have gotten miserably expensive. Especially the north end. It's right off downtown and houses that are for sale are hitting impossible to obtain prices. My dad was from Dale Indiana and he hated Idaho. My mom didn't like Indiana. The more I see of Indiana the more homesick I become. I miss the greenery of the Hoosier and blue grass states. Idaho burns like California in the summertime. If things change your going to be my go to girl for real estate. I love your channel.

I'm wondering how much we had to pay to get the "Top 100 Cities" listing?

Not sure what you are asking? Kara Hinshaw

@@KeySigRealty Those "Awards" aren't handed out for free. They are proposed to the city management and marketing department, and cities and towns have to PAY for the listing. Nothing is for free in advertising these days. Then again, a lot of listings are Self Appointed. As in "Self Proclaimed" BBQ Capital of the World.
