Analyse their needs (What activities they perform daily, their pain points, BPM - use various elicitation method (interview, workshop, observation, document analysis) to extract those information and validate them 4. Evaluation the solution options with business, technical team, technology team, Regulator & compliance, Process owners, Process level users, underwriters 5. Define Requirement (Use cases, User Stories, Functional, NFR, Wireframes, Data dictionary)
