Depends on the situation. 1-1 if you have 1 SME, workshop = multiple SMEs and is requirment elicitation workshop

hi, I am share the story with you if there's anywhere you can help or I don't need it anymore? I was introduced to business analyst training and certificate through my friend been an economics graduate. I did it and have the certificate, have multiple recruiter reached out to me for work but I just did not respond to the recruiter for interview because I just keep asking myself if only the training is enough to take a job? Because im someone that likes to really know things and confident about it because embarking on it, because there's difference between getting the job and actually be able to do it. although i see most of your videos, but don't know how to go about it to embark on the journey. do I need to still find a BA school? will so appreciate your help?
