Karamoja honors late Aleper - Proposes construction of technical instructors' college in his honor

Karamoja regional council has passed a resolution to construct and retain a fully functioning Karamoja development Agency and a technical instructors’ college in Karamoja.
This was during a special Karamoja regional sitting to pay tribute and eulogize the works of Simon peter Aleper, the Karamoja NRM vice Chairperson, and former Member of Parliament Moroto municipality.
