We have leaders right from LC1 upto the president level, I belief it's the responsility of all leaders on whatever level to carry out civic education right from the grassroot, I have seen and heard the president at various ceremonies encouraging people to work hard for economic benefits, the opposition only criticises the government, I've never seen any opposition leader encouraging people to do so, I also believe that there's no leader that will employ everyone
