The false allegations are usually removed when they find no evidence to support the allegations and the investigation doesn’t affect a person’s job when cps is just investigating so I really don’t get that part she’s talking about and it doesn’t nor does the investigation show up in a job background check unless they charged her with something

Unfortunately, once that can of worms has been opened...they really have NO CHOICE but to "take note" and 'keep a lookout'..... Because of "IF there is EVER" a legitimate case...they can't be caught with the "Wait there was a prior 'warning' and y'all did nothing...kept no record etc/etc" Very much like if a female lies about a Rape or DV case....it STAINS that man, even if it's proven unfounded... There will "always" be a stigma of "but DID he do it....what DID, he do" Any moment he "raises" his voice at a future woman....truth of the matter that past accusation works against said person.....same w/ a CPS situation......and the ppl that investigate have NO CHOICE buy to "consider" ANY accusation as an "always, possible". If a female runs the "he touched the kids" game....that also will NEVER be "unheard" or TOTALLY dismissed.....they can afford to ignore certain 5hit as "just completely false and erased".....they're not going to do that.....unfortunately there will be a record, and to a degree a more skeptical eye, period. 😢

UPDATE:: Since the show , Christian has made the necessary changes to be there for his daughter. He has fixed the CPS complaint and is being more accountable for his part in parenting. He is no longer with the girl in the video but i get threatening messages from her. She is being told that i want my family back and that we have dinner together etc, even tho , they have been broken up and i am happily engaged. Chris still has work to do but as long as he takes care of his responsibilities, idc about anything else

She needs to take this video to CPS and the courts and file charges against him and get her record with CPS cleared. He looks angry/hostile. His words of apology doesn't match his vibe. I wouldn't trust him and would be cautious about him alone with the child. No telling what his anger will push him to do. He hates that she doesn't want him anymore and that another man is there for his child.

It seems like the new girlfriend was a rebound after the ex got into a new relationship. Newbies should stay out of co-parenting situations and watch how both parties interact with each other. Stepping in and speaking too soon is a HUGE no because you can’t be sure if you’re being told the truth.

Everybody saying something about the dad taking accountability and apologizing obviously didn’t hear when the mother said he’s apologized before and every time she’ll forgive him to let him be a father to his child and then he’ll do something else to mess up her life! So obviously it’s clear that him apologizing doesn’t mean much of anything until he actually makes the changes necessary to be a better person. Poor thing I feel bad for them all however this is why girlfriends should just be an ear to listen because girl I’m the red looked so defeated once this was over and the family is healing right in front of her.
