Not saying in any negative way, but I hope KJo's transformation inspires Barkha to maybe check about Ozempic strictly for short term medical use and get a jump start on her fitness journey. Women post 50 need to take extra care due to menopause and it's difficult to get back on track without medical support of some kind. After that get a trainer or yoga teacher. Having someone to work with you brings discipline. All the best. PS: I don't care about KJo films etc. He's a bully for sure and Ekta Kapoor of film industry, aka ruined it. But glad he came forward about Ozempic.
