I fell in love with Sepai Kata the first time I saw it performed by a master somewhere on KZbin. This Kata is so rich in different movements and transitions. Really a lovely Kata.

八木先生の、前に出て受けるのは、心が強くないとできない、というのが印象に残りました。 自分も武術を習っていて、最近軽いスパーもやり始めましたが、背が小さくリーチも短いので、何をするにも相手の間合いに入らないと届かない。 前に出ていくのは怖いですし、心が強くないと出ていけないというのが、非常によくわかります。

組手は背が低いと不利に思えますが、左右に振りつつ一気に懐に入る事が出来ればかなり上を目指せるかと思います。ちなみに俺も5年ほど前までは空手をやってました

Pratico o estilo Shotokan mas tem movimentos de outros estilos que acho muito bonito...Esse kata aí é muito bonito...A primeira que vi o Sensei desse vídeo foi no filme " Kuro-Obi " e foi lá que vi o Naka Tatsuya também. Excelente kata esse que foi apresentado no vídeo.

剛柔のセーパイはやはりカッコいい！関節蹴り的な技が入ると素人はなかなか決めれないところスーパーリンペイやセーパイは実に適った技であると空手経験者から言わせれば好みですね〜〜女の子もよく先生について行きますね〜〜ただべっぴんさんなわけではないでね^ ^

Then, just for Learnings and Practisings to be Quite Good not to think about with any Highest Ranks of Karate other than her Own Good Teacher, who is more and more Stronger enough for having to Hold Lots of Experiences by his Long times of being a Good Teacher. Understand, Then, Sorry, For Girls or Ladies..about those Good Karate, Usually it should be Okay, but Definitely Could not go to Defeat Good Stronger enough Big Fellows...particularly those Highest Ranks of Professionals Karate Teachers. Right
