Thank you for the nice comment! We are back to teaching in-person at the dojo (4 days per week) so we can’t post as often as we’d like. Our goal is to try to post at least one new workout per month! Hang in there and I hope you get back to your training. 🙇🏻🙇🏻♀️

Let's see who gets tired first, that guy or the girl. My guess is the guy will tire first, because the girl has most of her muscle in her hips and thighs. The guy has most of his muscle in his upper body.
